Half/Butterfly Guard Pass to Mount
Переглядів 66 тис.6 років тому
Often your opponent will feel safe when they manage to insert a butterfly guard hook from their half guard. However, I love to pass this position, and I think it works really well as one of my highest percentage passages to mount.

Does anyone know what he's doing to pass the guard? It's almost as if he turns to his side and next thing you know he's in half guard.

There is a black belt and a Gracie black belt. Some ppl make it black belt level in BJJ But,only a few make it to Gracie black belt levels. It's the reality, DNA has something to do with it. Look at Rogers here, big guy rolling as if he was 100 lbs.

From @1:20:00: in BJJ the top athletes are expected to teach. Like in academia then. Except if you get a position at Institute for Advanced Study, which R. Feynman famously turned down because he felt he needed to not only do research but also teach (for a number of reasons).
